How long does shipping take for my paintball gear?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, though expedited options are available at checkout for those who need gear before the weekend.
Do you offer a warranty on markers and electronics?
Yes, all new paintball markers and electronic loaders carry the full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer a 30-day in-house guarantee against defects to ensure you are field-ready.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on paintballs or CO2/HPA tanks that have been filled.
Can I trade in my old gear for store credit?
Punisher's Paintball does offer a trade-in program for select high-end markers. Please contact our support team with photos and details of your gear to receive a custom quote.
Is it safe to ship paintballs during extreme weather?
We take great care in packaging, but paintballs are sensitive to temperature. During extreme heat or cold, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to minimize the time the paint spends in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please be aware that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and ensuring that the items ordered are legal to own in their specific region.
