At Punisher's Paintball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like custom jerseys or used markers may be subject to specific restrictions.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact before starting the process.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or use our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit as requested.
